Our products include unified communications (UC) performance management software, IT operations management software and SD-WAN technology.

Location: Montreal & Ottawa

ABOUT the Role

You will assist the Product Marketing Manager to develop positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation in order to educate channel partners, distributors and the Sales teams that generate and close opportunities.  The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the marketing of the company's products. You will act as the subject matter expert for the company’s product lines.

-->Work with channel partners, distributors and sales teams to educate them on the product differentiators

-->Maintain and update competitive analysis

-->Act as the subject matter expert on Martello’s products within the marketing team

-->Develop content (collateral, presentation decks, sales support tools, thought leadership) in support of the GTM plan for each product

-->Develop and execute go to market plans

-->Develop product marketing plans and messaging

Desired Skills and Experience:

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Engineering plus 3 or more years’ experience in a product management, product development or related field.

-->Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)

-->Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills

-->Ability to work independently and proactively

-->Excellent project management skills, delivery oriented

-->Able to work with cross—functional teams and manage resources positively to reach goals.
