Our products include unified communications (UC) performance management software, IT operations management software and SD-WAN technology.

ABOUT the Role

Located anywhere in the USA, you’ll be the subject matter expert for Elfiq and Savision product lines within the Martello family of solutions as well as the solutions sales specialist. Providing pre and post sales expertise and technical support to our (potential) customers and sales staff, the Sales Engineering Specialist develops positive long-term relationships with customers.  You will be required to make presentations to large audiences, provide clear and concise product demonstrations to customers at all levels.  Aligning customer needs and opportunities with solutions in Martello including SD-WAN and Monitoring dashboard capabilities, is what makes this an exciting and rewarding experience for both you and our customers.

ABOUT You

You should apply if you are the kind of person who can:

  • Install and set-up Savision product line software solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations of Savision and Elfiq product line features and benefits to potential and existing customers
  • Assist sales staff with technical components of sales presentation or product demonstration for customers
  • Answer presales technical and non-technical questions for end user clients, Resellers, Distributors
  • Execute sales tactics and engage in sales opportunities with sales representatives
  • Help sales representatives to close sales and exceed revenue targets
  • Install demonstration, NFR (Not for Resell) or POC (Proof of Concept) during test phases of the sales cycle

 

 Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4 years’ experience or more in a similar role involving pre-sales, sales engineering and/or technical sales 
  • Great oral and written communications skills

 Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with monitoring systems or large infrastructure/application IT systems
  • Good knowledge of most common Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) and Cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
  • Experience with network design, networking protocols, implementation and diagnostics
  • Experience with GNS3 is an asset
  • Experience with complex, multisite WAN deployments involving Hybrid WAN and/or SD-WAN
  • Experience with Data center based applications (such as Voip/Skye for Business/Active Directory/etc. as well as understanding of monitoring the applications
  • Good knowledge of most common Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) and Cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
